Returns & Refunds policy

All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, meaning there are no returns or refunds allowed.

However, if you receive a damaged product, you must document the issue by making a detailed video while unboxing the package within 24 hours of delivery.

This video should be sent to our official email at info@azlanabaya.com. Exchanges are only permissible for products that are defective, damaged, or received in error, and any issues regarding these must be reported within the same 24-hour window.

Please note that items purchased during special sales that included free product offers are also ineligible for returns.
